Good morning, sorry for the bother. I'm looking for a casement operator cover and crank for one of my Anderson Casement windows in my kitchen. The cover has the numbers 7191-33 on the underside while the crank has the numbers 18 7191 imprinted on it. I'm guessing I need some kind of assembly piece? ... (cont.)

Need to replace.

The joint of the part of the window that connects it to the frame is missing. Couldn't locate a replacement screw - was told the entire arm needs to be replaced?

The product coming for both hand, because it's doesn't say anything about it.

Hi. I just purchased a new home that has Andersen casement windows. I do not see a model number on the windows however most of the crank handles are broken as well as a few of the latches up top that lock the window. Anderson window winder mechanism with arm, markings #1361318 and #50, arm measures approximately 4 1/2 inches, latch approximately 3 inches. Viewed from outside, it is for a right-side window.
