Im looking for the replacement part for a truth right side window crank assembly. The device will crank the window out but not crank the window back in. What is the swisco part #? The crank in the window states truth and the stamped part # on the hinge reads L30841. Thank you for your help with this ... (cont.)

Unit has the # 30841L also US Pat 4.241,542 Spans approximately 16 inchs

I have a house full of Lincoln windows that are 30 years old but still in great shape. The glass was replaced 10 years ago but now the controllers are going bad. The crank stopped working on the right hand window. I'm attaching a photo of the broken crank. My caradco crank window will open but will not close. The screw doesn't engage when closing and comes out completely. The arm says entrygard with the numbers 20755.
