39-155 Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2"

20755. Caradco. One of these cranks is completely no longer working in one room. Handle came off and is stripped anyway. I had to grab the silver piece inside with a vice grips to turn it (doesn't turn freely) and have someone outside pushing in lightly on the window, just to get it closed before we ... (cont.)

I have Semco windows and the crank operator appears to be the same brand. I am not sure of the gold gear mechanism. The window crank that you spin to open/close the window seems to have unscrewed itself from the unit, which now redners it uselss. Do i need to replace the entire piece, meaning, the o ... (cont.)

Attached are measurements. Label faded on operator, but lists as Truth. From available options, thinking 39-032 (and 39-031 for other side) would match but the 39-253RB/LB don't have the longer arm dimensions. The operator crank will open the window but slips out when trying to close the window. Instead of turning the gears, it rotates off the operator completely.

I believe I have a Crestline operator with 4054 stamped on the handle. The worm handle will not stay in the operator, looks like a little ridge that kept it in has disintegrated? I need the entire operator mechanism with handle

Do you have an operator like 39-031 with a 3 13/16" link arm?

These are on 20+ Caradco Casement windows in a home we recently purchased (I've included a pic,too). Do you have operators, handles, and covers that will work? TY --Reed G.

On the longer arm it says EntryGard Truth. The smaller arms have an "L" then 31538 and the 3 13/16 arm has 20755 stamped on it. Based on the measurements, it appears I need part number 39-155. Don't hesitate to correct me if I am wrong. Rather not order the wrong parts. Thanks

The original is the operator stamped townside is the original, on the opposite it is stamped 'entry guard truth 40754'. The operator is the one I ordered as a replacement. Everything works well with this operator except that the ending of the arm is not the same bushing. Is this something that ... (cont.)

I have two windows that have broken cranks. The cranks work, they just won't stay connected to the windows. Thus, they open, but won't close.
