Only rolls the window out. When you roll back in it just unwinds from base and handle will come off

I have a vinyl bay window. The crank will operate to open window but on trying to close the window the bolt comes out along with the handle. I can close by screwing the bolt back in counter clockwise and when moving the handle clockwise pulling the window towards me. Can I replace just the bolt. ... (cont.)

The above pictured Truth mechanism on my Marvin Bay window (left looking out from inside) casement has stopped working. I believe the Marvin serial number is 01 1G 00 OBA IGMAC, however, I'm not sure if the 00 are CC because it's really hard to see.
