I have a vinyl bay window. The crank will operate to open window but on trying to close the window the bolt comes out along with the handle. The above pictured Truth mechanism on my Marvin Bay window (left looking out from inside) casement has stopped working. I believe the Marvin serial number is 01 1G 00 OBA IGMAC, however, I'm not sure if the 00 are CC because it's really hard to see.
