Hello. I have a casement window, barn door style. One side is missing the rail that pushes and pulls the operator arm to open and close the window. Arm numbers and inscription includes Truth 30818 Entry Guard

Need 2 lock keepers & a handle to open & close window

The numbers listed are 40471 on the base. 30841L on the short are and 30470 L. H. On the long arm. What should I order to replace it?Sylvia

From the picture, the long arm is numbered 30470 L.H. and is 9 3/8" or 9 1/2". Mid Arm is numbered 30636 and is about 3 7/8". Short arm on the right is numbered 20544 and is 4 1/2".

I am looking for window operators like this. I am wondering if the Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2" Product Code: 39-155 Will work, even though it is different.

Truth Hardware 40942-A 31532 31512

My handles have come off and the gears are spinning out when trying to close. I will actually need a few of these. Also wondering if you guys have screen assemblies? There are a couple windows that do not even have the frames thank you for your help.

One of the teeth on crank handle is broken, making it difficult to open the window. Should I replace the whole mechanism? Windoe pane opens to the right. The other pane operates OK. Also, the plastic parts covering the crank handles (both sides) have broken - need to replace them. ... (cont.)

I have 6 windows that that have these cranks they will no longer crank out or in. Please identify part so I can replace the window cranks when I use the crank it just spins.

We have confirmed an issue with the crank on a monarch window as being the outside most gear as having small section of it stripped to wear when the crank is being operated it reaches a point where it slips and the gears are no longer locked together
