I need a new gear assembly for a Caradco casement window

I ordered the wrong replacement casement cranks. The problem is the short arm is longer than the original. Other than that, everything else fits. My order # is 1607743. Thanks, Bruce

I have a broken casement window operator. It says Entry Guard Truth. The number on the arm is 20544. The number on the cylinder barrel is 30710. The short arm is 3 15/16" center to center of the holes. The outer mounting screw holes are 4 7/16". Looking to replace this.

The crank handle says us pat 4083264 Can pat 1979 And then 45012 on the right corner

This is a dual arm window operator. The longest arm is approximately 9.5 inches long. It is likely made by Truth, though that's not certain.

Can you identify the window gear is from my photos? I'd like to replace this one as the gear seems to be stripped. It will open but not close. Thanks, Scott

I can open the window but it won't close. The crank handle turns but the window doesn't close. The handle appears to unscrew from the unit as opposed to turning the gears to close the window. Can you identify the problem and what parts I might need? Thank you.

I need help confirming the correct window crank (left and right) for a 9 1/2 & 3 3/4 dual arm as well as crank handle and Caradco cover with appropriate colors. Do the colors fade over time i.e. would it make more sense to replace them all? Thanks!

Not sure on the manufacturer, it says Caradco on the handle but truth on some of the components. I can see the following part numbers: 20755 31538

I'm looking for a replacement left hand operator for this unit, 30145 (and also the right hand equivalent). The gear shaft keeps popping out and will not stay in the operator.
