Need a replacement operator for a Caradco casement window. Standing inside the house and facing the window, the hinge is on the left. My mom thinks these are Crestline windows installed in new construction in 1994, little thin retaining ring, a bushing & a locking ring for the cover perhaps She tried closing the window and the crankscrew backed all the way out of the mechanism and popped the case off. See attachment of broken operator please. Brought home one from HomeDepot but discovered the clip (top) w/o a # on it was 4 7/16 in.long versus mine at 3 13/16 in.
