Having difficulty locating these balances with the top and bottom. The metal part of one balance measures 24 7/16 stamped 2430. The other metal part balance measures 18 1/2" and is stamped 1820. The sash guide pics show the different dimensions

I'm in Fort Myers, FL and I apparently have the same window balance as the Handyman who posted back on November 5, 2014 (see attached photo of post). I purchased 12 S395-30 balances. Now that they have arrived and I compare them to my original balance I see that the shoe is a little different. Do you think the new shoe will work? Do you have a shoe like my original?
