I have tightened the little screw on the handle but that did not help. I believe the guts are just worn out! TYIA

I have 15 Crestline Millwork windows that need a gear. They open, close and lock except when getting to the section of gear that is stripped. Lock is separately located. The gear is 1" diameter with 15 teeth. The operator mechanism with the gearing and crank is 4"x2". The exposed arm is 15". There i ... (cont.)

This is Truth Hardware. Arms are just over 16" and have number 30896. They attach to a part number 45142, shown in picture W 2, that has 5 screw holes. It fits through an opening that is 4 5/8". The hinges click onto a part that is 3 "long--picture 3.

I need to replace a window casement part for a window that the crank fits into it. I cannot find any manufacturing information on the window, but I took photos of the part I need. The part is 3" long with the two hooks for the crank piece to fit in in.

I'm looking for a replacement awning window lever opener. If a one for one replacement is not available, I'd like something similar, and I'll make it work. Thank you for your help.

What part do I need?

This part is screwed to the bottom of the casement window. It keeps the window actuator or lift plate out when window is cranked open.
