I think I have a Amesbury truth operator. The overall arms are about 11 1/2 inches. The base is square in shape. We have 3 casement windows on which the cranks have all broken. I've attached pictures here (all 3 are identical). The mechanism on the windows themselves still work, but the cranks themselves are not working because the stem seems to have come apart from the base (I'm not sure if I'm using the ter ... (cont.)

Hi, I need help finding replacement part for an awning window operator. The # on the one of the arms is S-1081-62. The window is an Eagle Low-E4 272. I have included the measurements of the arms in one of the pictures. The collapsed length is about 21.5". Thanks, Eric

Hello, I'm hoping you can help me identify this window operator. I need to replace the whole part. The arms measure roughly 16 and 1/8 inches (not certain since I cannot close the window). The crank housing (spline?) measures exactly 5 inches wide. Thank you.

I had to break in because I locked myself out. Pried the window open and now can't close all the way.

The operator is grey metal and has a marking that looks like with a triangle overtop of a line on it. The operator spline piece is on the left side.
