Hi, My order # (above) is in the process of returning. I ordered 39-175, 39-176 and upon opening the package I discovered the arm attached to the gear was too long.

Will the Sash Crank Operator for the pella 39-175 fix a casement window that isn't quite shutting?

Looking for a Pella crank and window arm/ bracket for a Pella casement window. The only visible markings are WL. My crank latch doesn't seem to be closing the window all the way and I don't see any adjustment screws.

Good morning, Left hand window crank mechanism needed. The teeth broke off of the base of the "swing arm". Enclosed is a pic of a similar window, as well as the part I removed. Only identifying markings was the # stamped in the 1st pic.ThanksSean

Will a 39-097 crank work on a Pella casement window that previously used a 39-175 operator?

We just moved into a new home with Pella casement windows from the 1990s.The roto operator has a finger and a catch that are worn out and the windows don't close well when almost closed - because the finger slips off the catch. Hi Swisco, I've attached some images of window cranks. One window has the hardware that needs to be replaced and I have another window that the hardware was removed. Is there only one size for Pella casement cranks? Your website only has one choice for Pella. I've attached a photo of my hardware. Do you think the 39-097 will be a right fit for replacement? Thanks
