Seeking to positively confirm replacement crank handle model options. My current windows were manufactured by Seaway in Erie, PA. Current handle inside threads are mostly stripped and not effective. Please advise on the correct window operator. Long arm #40753 and short arm # 31538A. Looks like long arm from center of the mounting hole to the end of the arm is 10-3/4.
