I need two bronze covers and cranks as well as two bronze locking handles to replace white ones. The window is a double Marvin casement and aprox 10 years old. Screen says A-X7164R but can't find any other markings/stickers. Thank you.

Had windows installed by Pozzi in 2004 and have since had breakdown in the window crank. I don't see the exact crank handle on your site. Which one would have been used in 2004?

Cover says Truth hardware with a 3 printed on it.Handel has Truth printed on it with a 21. The cut out size is 5 inches for the crank assembly. Which folding white crank with centered handle item will replace these existing ones?

We are looking for retrofit hardware or handles that will work for these windows. Unfortunately there are no markings anywhere on the hardware or the windows themselves. We are under the assumption they are Anderson windows but have no way to tell for sure.
