I need an replacement operator kit for my Anderson awning window. I ordered the wrong part which was part # 39-839

photos attached with a tape measurer in place. The window itself is about 21x21”

Trying to find the correct awning window crank for this window. I'm pretty sure its and Anderson but I cant find the correct one on your site any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi I need a new operator for an Anderson awning window. The 0perator has 55003 on one arm. Its a scissor style. See pics.Thank you.Fred

The center screw cranks out and uncrews which leads me to believe is is bronken off from the end of the secrew. It opens fine since the screw cranks inword but closing the window the screw/crank screws out of the assembly.

I ordered 39-140 white Dual Arm Crank 16" and this would have worked but the arms angled up when extended. Do you offer something close to this that will work.

Looking for a replacement for the operator attached. It has a stamp on the bottom 7191 2 and then also a sideways 2 above the 7191 as shown in the image. Issue is core gear that the handle slides onto is pulling out.

Scissor type. Awning. Lengths are in pictures. Arms are not stamped with any numbers on top or bottom. Underneath operator are only numbers. Picture included.

I have been researching this but haven't found a match yet. No printed numbers are on the handle. The two hooks on the end and the overall length is what I'm having the issue with. Thank You.

Hello, I discovered we have 5 casement windows. They were covered with decades of paint. Someone removed the actual crank handles screw spindle. The mechanism is still there, labeled "Curtis". I recently bought a new crank and cover but the worm gear still backs out of the window when I try to close it, even with 2 inch wood screws holding the cover in place. What piece do I need to fix my windows?
