-cerial number found on the piece is PO5-7810. Right before the cerial number is an odd oval shape. Don't know if that matters. -There is also writing on the handle that reads, "PATS PEND"

The handles we received from you do not have the metal piece that our handles have that inserts into the cranking mechanism . The metal piece is about 1/2 inch long and has 6 flat sides. The windows are 16 years old and I THINK they are American Craftman windows . A number inside the handle is PO5-7 ... (cont.)

The mechanism has a code on it. OP05-7553-03. I think this is 39-329. The folding handle is PO5-7810 which I think is 39-226. There is a metal mounting type bracket attached to the window frame bottom that does not have a part number on it. It 10" long and has black plastic clips on either end. ... (cont.)

I have a roto crank handle OP05-1509, your crank 39-226 looks like a direct replacement if that's correct i will order.
