I have some old wood casement windows that I would like to replace operators on. Single arm 9.5 inch crank through the screen frame. Need left and right for two windows. Picture included. Laurence

I gave 3 of these windows. The arm on one of the windows that holds window open broke causing window to flip outward and shatter. I'd like to replace the hardware and crank on all three. Any idea what these parts are or can you suggest a substitute? Thank you

Looks Old School. The bar holding the window is 7 inches long. We are willing to replace completely. Need an operator that can attach on the face of the wood, rather than the side.

I recently purchased an old home with wooden casement windows. The cranks require a screwdriver head or Allen wrench to be inserted into the hole. Because they are stripped I need new arms with cranks. Please help

I plan to purchase the 39-268 Wood casement window operator and install a screen on the inside of the casement frame with a hole in it to accommodate the crank when needed. Do you have an escutcheon or plate similar to this?

Need a part number for this item. It works, but not well enough to keep. Need all parts that are needed for this to work and be stored.

The only marking I can see is Win-Dor underneath the track. They don't have cranks. I would like to get cranks for them if possible or replace the entire mechanism if I have to. Thanks!

Is the crank handle for the 39-268 wood window crank operator permanently attached in it?s housing? Can it be folded parallel to the window jamb, or is it always perpendicular to the wall? Or can the handle be removed and stored?
