39-280 RH Awning Operator, 3/8" Hole

I need a right hand operator for louver windows. The flat connector arm is 2 7/8" hole to hole and holes are 3/8". Distance between lower mounting holes is 1 1/8" and the distance between the upper two holes is about 7/16". The vertical distance between the lower and upper mounting holes is about 5 ... (cont.)

Trying to locate opener where the mechanism is straight. The top holes are 7/16s and the bottom holes are 1 1/8. The hole that connects to the window is 3/8 inch and not threaded.

This operator has 2 screws at the top 1/2 inches apart. The 2 bottom screws are 1 and 1/8 inches apart. These two sets of screws are set 5 and 1/4 inches apart. The 3/8 inch hole is 2 and 7/8 inched from the pivot point of the actuator arm.I cannot find an exact replacement on your website, so pl ... (cont.)

I have not been able to identify the window manufacturer. No markings on the opener. I haven't removed the opener yet hoping to identify a replacement from the photos. It looks like the 39-017 might be correct? The other possibility is the 39-280? Thanks for any help

Unfortunately nothing on the crank. The window has a sticker Quality Certified cide 66-2 "HP" Series.

The pan am/Daryl I bought from you do not fit. Bottom holes are to far apart. Any options?Here are the window holes.. not sure why 3 holes on bottom or if they changed then out years ago.

Pretty sure the window is made by WARE, Miami FL. Control box is about 5.5". The box is pretty much empty. The piece that connects to the window is missing

I am remodeling the sunroom in my circa 1958 house, and I need to replace 3 left-handed crank mechanisms for 3 of the Jealousy windows (4' x 5') Windows. I have included pictures of the current crank mechanism and Windows.
