Need to get new operator and handle

truth casement window long arm: 8.5"- 8.75" (still installed, difficult to get an arm-to-center measurement)short arm: slightly less than 4"hinge: 10"-11" (difficult to be exact with the rust)

Casement window 25 1/2 by 50 1/2 dimensions inside trim . Need new operator because it is stripped out in the closed position. Brand name on current opener is Truth.

I need to replace the window cranks on several of the casement windows in my home. I hope the photos attached give you enough info. to know what I need to buy.

I'm not familiar with windows. Is this apparatus the only thing that holds the window on the bottom? When remove it I assume I need the window closed and locked - correct?

I have an older crestline installed window. The crank is no longer working - can't open or close the window. It has a pin that should go in to line up with the gears so the crank will do it's work but I cannot get that back in to its correct place. I am wondering if I should just try to get a new cr ... I have one bar (arm) Truth hinges with the number 40942-A stamped on the bottom hinge. I'm assuming these are no longer being made (they are on 25+ years old Marvin windows). Which operator do I need? Casement window is 27" wide. Short arm 4 7/16" Left handed. Is it returnable if the repair man to fix broken glass has an operator in stock?

Have 2 windows. 1 works ( took photos from that one ). Other windows doesn't open at all. Bought new crank but doesn't open. Would appreciate some help.

The broken crank has a 9" arm and a smaller arm. The long arm is stamped Entry Gard Truth. I am hoping to only have to take this apart once but if you need a number or code tell me where I can find it and I will do my best.

Do you have a replacement window crank, left side, Truth, 14" arm? For a wood frame window. (see photos)The original internal mechanism is all broken, warped, and bent the assembly all out of shape, it no longer works. Please LMK. Thank you! Best regards, Joe

I can tell this is a Truth operator as it has their logo on the arm. However, there are no part numbers and all the replacement ones I've seen are slightly different. I'd hate to spent money and the unit not be correct.
