put plastic pivots in track using video, they won't move up and down the track. why? these are all the same windows and same pivot shoes..

I believe the left part of this image shows the sweep latch, but not sure what the right portion is and if you have it. The right portion says "Thermal Gard by Season-All" and is about 4" x 1-1/8" according the photo my customer sent me.

What is the difference between these two parts? They seem to have the same dimensions but one costs twice as much. Would they be interchangeable?

I could not find the exact shape to match this pivot shoe. I do not need exact but i do not want to order a part that will not work for my application. Thank you for all yoor help.

I think I'm going to need balances and pivot shoes. Also the loading tool and jam spreader. The windows are about 35 years old. They are the tilt style in various heights.

My apartment complex uses these shoes in its windows. This is the bottom half; the broken part got lost. I've never seen a shoe with that metal flange across the back. What shoe do you have that could make my tilt windows work again?

I am looking for replacement shoes for my tilt in Season-All Thermal Gard windows. This shoe seems to be 5/8 x 2 x 1 1/4. It seems to be different than the ones listed. It also has a metal piece that is bowed with a plastic insert (which I have included).

Hello, I am not sure which length and strength I need to install to replace the spiral tilt window balances in my Thermal Gard windows.
