I need to purchase 8 pivot shoes to as replacements, but I want to be sure that I purchase the correct one. The original is 3/4" deep, 1.25" wide, and 1.75" tall. I have Thermal-Gard tilt in windows manufactured 8-04-1993, Model T05, The Conserver Series. The Pivot Shoe will not move and window cannot be moved up or down. I have a Thermal Gard tilt-out window with a frozen spiral balancer on the inside window. The spiral balancer on the outside pane is accessible just as shown in the video, but on the inside pane the tube is hidden by a panel that I can't figure out how to remove. Thanks!
