Loving for replacement shoes at this time.

Need to find a replacement pivot shoe for an old window (50-60 years old). Shoe is 1-1/4" wide x 1-3/4" high x 5/8" deep. Cam housing protrudes about 1/8" from the 5/8" depth measurement. Cam appears to be black. Window is 22" x 48" 27lbs. Has two blue spiral balances on each side. measures 1/2" wid ... (cont.)

Hello, I,m looking for this pivot lock shoe. It is out of a weather Guard tilt window. I would need approximately 12. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Is this combo anything your research department is familiar with? From a large older vinyl double hung window.

Which pivot lock shoe do I need for this Jaffe window.? The sash balance is 25" and I'm pretty sure it it 5/8". I included the widow mfr info. Thanks Ted

Hi, I have thermal gard windows, they aren't staying up. I found that few pivot shoe are broken. I'm thinking to replace the whole hardware to make it right at once. Hi, Help, bought pivot shoe and it seems to be the correct thickness but needs an additional button on the black disc. The window can't lock in.

We bought 12 Thermal Gard pivot shoes 15-070 after somebody on Swisco suggested it. We watched the video and we used the screwdriver like a shoe horn to slip the new shoes into place. However once they're in the jamb the pivot shoes won't move up and down. It's too tight.

I thought I bought he correct pivot shoe 5/8 thick. But after i replace 4 of them and tried to re hang the windows the pivot bar wont fit into the Pivot Shoe. This is one part but you can see that its broke. The windows are 40 years old. the whole piece is missing the cam. Can you help us ?
