I purchased the 15-070 Thermal Gard Pivot Shoe and it is too wide. Do you sell a pivot that has the circle part flush to the main frame? Here is a picture of what I need. The other dimensions are accurate except for the depth.

I ordered part 15-047 which seemed to match all diminutions. The problem is that the slot for the window to fit in does not come out far enough for the tab to insert into the slot. When you look at the first picture you can see that the new pivot shoe is inset where my broken ones protrude. ... (cont.)

Can you identify this part and does it look like it needs replaced?

Nylon bracket that fits in both sides of track.The bracket holds the side window bracket at bottom of window side,and both the balance rod and the red balance pivot shoe. The bracket is approximately 2 1/2 inches high.

I believe my windows might be thermagard but not sure. I need 4 replacement pivot feet and 4 of the part that screws into bottom of sash with the piece that fits into pivot foot. I'll also need charging tool. Do you carry any of these replacement pieces? Thanks

Need 2 ballast and 6 shoes. I guess that is what they are called they also have a metal part across the top that slides into the shoe it has a 3 stamped ibnto it these are for by prime by all season windows. Hope you can help me out Thanks. Michael
