IM LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT KIT, WAS LOOKING AT THE 40-049 WILL IT WORK FOR ME? I ALSO HAVE A PAPAIZ# 323 I NEED TO REPLACE WHAT KIT WOULD I NEED FOR IT ALSO?

When we moved in there was no lock to our storm door. Would love to replace it with a new handle that locks.

When we moved in 3 years ago the key got locked in our storm door. We replaced one side of it but now the handle won't adjust and is falling down. We love the door but want to replace the handle with another handle that works.

Hello,I received the 40-198 mortise latch set I ordered but realize now that it isn't an exact match in that the one it is replacing has an oval-shaped, keyed lock below the handle. I don't necessarily need a lock but without it, I have a visible oval hole on each side of my door.Can you tell me wha ... (cont.)

The brass lockset has the name Emtek etched into it. There is a sticker on the door that says Sewell Cole and next to that says registration number 08179890035 133. There are no keys for the lockset so I am looking to replace the lock with one that comes with a set of keys or the lockset. ... (cont.)

PADO handle keeps coming out and we have tried fixing numerous times. Is there a replacement that will work for this? PADO brand 7" top to bottom by 1" across Holes seem to be 6-11/16" The handle is off at the moment so pictured separately. We don't have keys to this door, so would want to replace ... (cont.)
