I believe this is the Pivot Shoe 9/16" but not sure which part number I should order for a replacement. Part # 15-129 or Part # 15-152 When I measured the height of the old Pivot Shoe, it was 2" or a hair less. I was advised to send a picture here to help pinpoint which part to order. Any ... (cont.)

Our home built in 1998 has LP windows. They are all double-hung tilt in windows. The sticker says product line 101-N. We have three windows that will not stay open. They just slam down. Hey, do you recognize this shoe? Am working with vinyl, single hung tilt window. If it helps you, i notice that the window does not have typical spiral balances. They are are a square tube that lets out a cord of some type. House was built in 2002.

I have a pivot shoe that seems to not slide well at all. As a matter of fact, after taking my window out and noticing the two shoes were at different heights, I found it very difficult to move the shoe. Do they get stuck sometimes, and why. I have several balance replacements I'd like to order, but I don't have the balance for some windows. The one I do have is a 29 inch and it has 2900 BSI LD stamped on it. This is a channell for a double hung tilt out window. The channel measures 27" It screws to attach to the top and has a small metal clip at the bottom of the string to attach to the window gluide. There is a block and tackle inside.
