15-129 Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick

cant find window manufacturer or part number

The part number on the window looks like 8254. The part number on the inside of the window is 19hd. I can't find these parts at any local window dealers in the area. They all claim that they have never seen anything like that. Please help me locate these parts.

My tilt windows won't close flat down when you shut them. You have to press down in between the locks in order the lock them and even at that both bottom corners of the sash pull up and the sash frame is actually bowed. The glass measures 31 1/4" . This lock shoe is out of a 1988 Timeline single hung window. The manufacturer no longer exists wondering if there is a crossover part for both the lock shoe and the bottom pivot bar.The balance spring has a combination of letters and numbers stamped into it----p C2645. Hello, The original tilt balance has a hook at the top. I couldn't find one that matchesin your site and I need to find a shoe cams. Balancer marking 23E Thanks, Tony

Howdy! I need to replace a counterbalance for an ALENCO single hung tilt window. The dimensions are the 9/16" wide (1/2") non-ribbed channel. Overall length is 26". Please see pictures attached. Let me know what you think! Thank you. Jeff D

Good afternoon. We have a condo in Belize that has PGT winduard windows. Single hung. I brought a working shoe home and need to get replacement parts. Some of the metal inserts and cams have corroded. Picture attached. Can you provide?

I believe this is the Pivot Shoe 9/16" but not sure which part number I should order for a replacement. Part # 15-129 or Part # 15-152 When I measured the height of the old Pivot Shoe, it was 2" or a hair less. I was advised to send a picture here to help pinpoint which part to order. Any ... (cont.)

Our home built in 1998 has LP windows. They are all double-hung tilt in windows. The sticker says product line 101-N. We have three windows that will not stay open. They just slam down. Hello I recently purchased s shoe (15-129) from you only to find out it was the right size just not the right fit for the spiral balance. Attached you will find a front and back photo of the type I require. Please advise what I should have purchased? Thanks Cindy

Hey, do you recognize this shoe? Am working with vinyl, single hung tilt window. If it helps you, i notice that the window does not have typical spiral balances. They are are a square tube that lets out a cord of some type. House was built in 2002.

I have a pivot shoe that seems to not slide well at all. As a matter of fact, after taking my window out and noticing the two shoes were at different heights, I found it very difficult to move the shoe. Do they get stuck sometimes, and why.
