I have several balance replacements I'd like to order, but I don't have the balance for some windows. The one I do have is a 29 inch and it has 2900 BSI LD stamped on it. This is a channell for a double hung tilt out window. The channel measures 27" It screws to attach to the top and has a small metal clip at the bottom of the string to attach to the window gluide. There is a block and tackle inside.

The balancer is 29 inches long and 9/19 wide and 1/2 deep. The best I could come up with on pivot shoe is 1 1/2 in wide x2 in tall. Thanks for your help

For PGT window. As you can see it's broken. When I removed window it snapped and shot up. The size is 1 9/16" x 1/2" from the best I can tell. I cannot find this part in your catalog. Also, How do I remove the shoe? I am also ordering 4spiral balances and one fighting tool. Thank ... (cont.)
