The part has number stamped 26c The actual length is 26 inches The part that attaches to the window sash and tension string is in photo as well.

I need 4 of the( 01/3 ) unique 27-B- 20 counter balance complete arms also 4 boottom brackets that hold the string lock in place plus 4 magnets including outside white plastic cases ( maybe one unit? ). What part numbers do I order and how long for shipment to Naples, FL? Mike

I am working on a group of commercial grade windows, aluminum frame, 38 1/4" wide x 51" high sash, double hung, tilt out. Balances are 9/16" dia. coil springs and 51" long. This came out of my vinyl window. The balance was a 16B I need a 1/2 dozen balances and a dozen of these tabs. I have enclosed photo of balance.

The pictures I have attached looks like your item no 15-152. The measurements are about 1 1/4" wide, about 2" long and about 5/8" deep.

I am finishing a job someone else started. They have already purchased the 15-129 pivot shoe. However, I need to replace the pivot bars as well. My question: will the 26-316 pivot bar work with the 15-129 pivot shoe? Thanks - Donald

Attached you should find two photos of what I think is called "pivot lock shoe." I can find no markings on the pieces. They come from a double hung window installed in a new home built around 2006 - 2007. As best I can determine, the piece is approximately 2 inches tall and 1/2" deep, and 1 1/4" ... (cont.)

I have a heavy lifting window and saw some parts are broken. The first photo shows the part where the window itself sits and looks kind of bad. Window falls when pull up. It doesn't stay. I think this is the broken piece causing the problem.

this is Greg. We took another window apart to check on the shoe size and it has entirely different type shoes. I have attached pictures of the shoes from this window. The metal channel is 33" long, 9/16" wide and 1/2" deep. It has markings: 33E BS1. No top guide is attached but there is a hole in the top for screwing to window frame. The bottom guide is broken. There is a little handle attacked to the string end and hook up the shoe in the frame. ... (cont.)

I ordered and received two of you pivot shoes 15-129. They did not fit and remeasuring the existing ones, they are 2" high, 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Couldn't find it on your website.
