15-129 Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick

Looking to replace several pivot shoes that have deteriorated and broken apart (see attached photos of an intact pivot shoe). I have already identified the associated Pivot Bar part number and installed them as replacements (they work great, except, of course, in the windows with failed pivot sho ... (cont.)

Window falls when pull up. It doesn't stay. I think this is the broken piece causing the problem.

Installed Original New in 1998 Paramount Vinyl Double Hung Tilt Windows then the Company sold out to Winco then to Jeld Wen. Jeld Wen Cannot help. Several Pivot Pins are broken. Trying to find a part for vinyl double hung window. My girlfriend's window track broke I don't have a manufacture or part number. this is Greg. We took another window apart to check on the shoe size and it has entirely different type shoes. I have attached pictures of the shoes from this window. The metal channel is 33" long, 9/16" wide and 1/2" deep. It has markings: 33E BS1. No top guide is attached but there is a hole in the top for screwing to window frame. The bottom guide is broken. There is a little handle attacked to the string end and hook up the shoe in the frame. ... (cont.)

I ordered and received two of you pivot shoes 15-129. They did not fit and remeasuring the existing ones, they are 2" high, 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Couldn't find it on your website.

the first picture is the good side; the second is the bad side. My wife complained that the upper sash falls out easily. The balance shoe on my windows appears to be worn out. The pin that seats into it keeps getting bent. I was able to remove the window, but now cannot replace it. I've attached photos of a broken window pulley that needs to be replaced. The pulley broke in two pieces and was attached to a spring that is found on under an aluminum channel on the side of the window. How do know which exact Pivot shoes I need? I need to purchase some so that I can fix my window ASAP.

Hello, my window has the pivot pins broken off so I do not have a sample to help me order replacements. I did take a picture of the slot the pin fits into and wanted to know if you can help me identify the proper pivot pin on this no-name window.

There are no marks on these or the balances. Please let me know if you can help. Tom D.

I have Regency Windows. One of the rotating pivot shoes broke and 2 of the balances also broke. Can you help identifying the pivot shoe? See picture. I need a pivot lock for a crystal window that requires a 28 inch spiral balance. The thickness is 9/16" and approximately 2" tall. Suggestions?

I have a client who has Republic replacement windows purchased in 2006. It appears that a channel balance has broken. I have attached pix but can't determine which series is appropriate. It is 24" long. Can you help? Thanks
