15-129 Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick

I have Regency Windows. One of the rotating pivot shoes broke and 2 of the balances also broke. Can you help identifying the pivot shoe? See picture. Approx. dimensions are 1-3/4" tall, 1-1/4" W, 9/16" deep. Are the balance replacement your series 770? similar numbers appear on the side of ours ... (cont.)

I need a pivot lock for a crystal window that requires a 28 inch spiral balance. The thickness is 9/16" and approximately 2" tall. Suggestions?

I have a client who has Republic replacement windows purchased in 2006. It appears that a channel balance has broken. I have attached pix but can't determine which series is appropriate. It is 24" long. Can you help? Thanks

Springs & string OK , not connected to window . Seems plastic parts on the end of eyelet , missing ..... Channel has a number on it. P 28TG Please help

The options listed for SWISCO series 795 are the numbers stamped on the original channel balances for this particular window balance system. The options indicate spring strength. To find out what option is needed remove the window sash and put it on a scale. Stamp option 29A will carry a window ... (cont.)
