The first photo is the crank assembly (missing handle) on the right side of the window. It is no longer working and needs a handle. I need both parts. Handle on casement window is stripped and won't open window.

I think it's truth elipse hardware but I don't see any markings. The plastic spline adapter is stripped. need the crank mechanism and likely a new handle if the style isn't the same.

I've had a upper hinge fail. This is a similar hinge that is in good shape. The metal on the corner has broken at the window pivot. Do you have a similar assembly?

Hi! The window in question was installed in 2006 - 2007. It won't close fully, leaving a .5 inch gap at the open side. Manually cranking doesn't help. If I pull on the frame by hand then I can close the window shut and the hand crank still doesn't budge. It seems to me I may need to replace the cran ... (cont.)

Needing replace for two of my larger windows that use the same hardware but unsure if my smaller and larger window use the same size.

I have Milgard 3510 Casement Product Line 032-167. One photo shows a complete bottom operator. The other photo shows a bottom operator for a right hinge window that is missing a piece which rusted off. Can you find a replacement?
