Hi, I've got two no brand single hung vinyl windows (30ish yo) and I need replacement parts for the Balances (4x) and Tilt Out Locks (4x). Do you by chance have these or an option for a retrofit replacement part. Also need the tape/coil balance cartridge as well as the shoe parts that fit in the bas ... (cont.)

I have a few windows with broken coil springs. The windows do not go up or down. On at least 1 window the metal peg that stick out from the window and attaches to the window frame is also broken. There also some windows with broken plastic pieces that holds the window when you want to tilt it inside ... (cont.)

I am looking for replacement tilt latches for my milgard windows. The dimensions are overall length 2-5/8". height 3/8" bottom width 9/16" top width 11/16" the distance between the edge and the bottom spring part is 1/16" I need two latches. one for each side.

Need to replace tilt balance. It is a Summit Vinyl window. The balance has a marking of 34B bsi on it. Measured 34"
