I need to buy new window coil balance. 31" x 35" window. The area that the ciol goes is 18 1/2". The thing that holds the coil is 1 1/4". The stamp says 7K and the coil is 3/4" wide

appears to be a single coil where the spring snapped. sash is 12.8 lbs, i want to replace both springs, not just the broken one. Looking to replace the Pivot lock shoes on all our windows. Each time I have tilted a window to clean it, the metal insert in the shoe breaks. Need new coil spring flange. And bushing W/roller. Photo 0069 is old broken flange W/roller - Photo 0070 is how it should look. There is a "B" stamped on the out facing side of the flange if that is off assistance. THX U

Hi, We have several windows to repair, one bigger one has an "8" on the coils so I assume that means 8 pounds. The coils on the 5 smaller windows have "433". Can you please confirm the 8 means eight pounds and tell me what 433 means? Thank you, Natalie

Hello, I'm looking for a pivot shoe carrier for a dual spring sash.

I can't seem to figure out this brand of window. I've got a couple pivot lock shoes and balances that are broken. I've attached a warranty sticker from the window if that helps as well. Thank you! Travis

The sash clip (my terminology) on one side of the lower window must be broken. The clip won't stay up in the sash track. See photo. The window is Amerimax MG 4900 installed in 21007
