My window sash will not stay up. Coils are damage pulled out from shoe

I am trying to locate replacement Pivot Lock Shoes for vinyl windows that are about 12 years old. I attached a couple of photo's with the spring still attached to the shoe. I have Alside Excalibur windows. The coil balance has broke on both jambs. I can not find a weight etched on the coil. The only thing that is on it is a lower case k. Hi, I'm trying to match these coil balances for a 20 to 25 year old window that weighs 12+ lbs. The number 6 is stamped on the coil but no other letters are visible. The coil is 1/2" wide, the pocket is 9/16" deep and around 1-1/2" wide. The coil has a hook on both ends which doesn't match your ava ... (cont.)
