Contractor in Dayton, Ohio dealing with a Dorwal sliding door. There appears to have a been a gasket between the active and inactive leafs. Sliding Windows Wool Pile Replcement
I need to replace wool pile strips in sliding windows. I checked the existing strips, and the ones on the top and bottom sliding sides have fins, and the ones on the right and left sides don't. Was that done on purpose and has to be followed, or one kind of wool pile for all sides should be fine? ... (cont.)

Wool Pile without center fin?
I have installed your wool pile 58-022 size 9/32 x 9/32 in my double hung windows. While the windows open and close, they are tight. Tight to the point where they will stay in any position without the use of a window balance. I believe the 9/32 x 9/32 is too big and is the cause of the tightness. ... (cont.)
