Hello, I need help with ordering the correct coil spring for this window brand. The pivot shoe is #15-192 but I am not sure about the coil. Mine is stamped 409. This unit is about 54" tall and 32 wide. I have units that are only 30" tall. Will that coil be the same?

Total length is 25". Pivot shoe 1 1/4" x 7/8" approx. sash weight approx 12lbs. No stamp on coil but its says certainteed if that helps

Hi. I need to ID a Certainteed balance spring. It has no markings or stamps I can find. The sash weighs 12 lbs and measures 22" high x 24" wide. Thanks! Ian

Hello! I have vinyl double hung Simonton windows from 2010. I believe the existing coil balance is labeled "407S" ?? It is difficulty to identify. Can you assist with which weight is necessary for coil balance to replace the part?

Both springs are broken. The window is Owen's Corning circa 2002-2003.there are no numbers or markings on any of the parts Also the sash weight is approximately 10.25 pounds

The parts removed from a 'Certain Teed' window. On the spring where is mounted with a screw is marked 335 and 336. On the "L" shape plastic bracket marked "Certain Teed' Measurements are 1 1/2 X 7/8 for both parts without the spring. Spring width 3/4.

These are broken inside rollers for simonton 55oo series replacement windows. I cannot find replacements for them. Distributors where I live are out of business and these keep breaking. Thanks for your helpNorma

While opening the window, the plastic part of what I think is called the shoe snapped off from what I believe is called the Spring. Now the window won't fully closed or stay open. I'm in need of the sash balancing parts for the lower sash of a Certainteed double hung window. I'd like to purchase the coil balance spring and pivot shoes for both sides of the sash. Please let me know what Swisco part numbers I should order. Thank you!

Please see the attached pictures. I cannot get the shoe out without breaking the metal post on that rest in the shoe. The picture above of the balance support has a number of H65 34/5M and the coil I think has a 10 with a J underneath. We believe the shoe is A1-87598.

I have removed a fixed point part it is 1.25" wide and holds the coil. The coil is 3/4" wide. The coils are broken. There is no stamp on the coil The toe hold piece appears to move up and down the channel. The toe piece appears to be corroded as the part and window will not pop out like shown on the ... (cont.)
