as you can see in the part pic the plastic peace attached to the coil spring is broken. the second pic is unit mounted in window tract. I think I need the two plastic parts and the metal spool? I dont recall make off window. Any help would be great. Overall height is 3-3/4",width is 1-1\4", thk is 1 ... (cont.)

Coil spring broken- need replacement. SA 407 is stamped on coil.

Following up on a recent conversation with a SWISCO service gentleman and sending more information on the coil balance replacement parts I am looking for to use on my CertainTeed double hung tilt window. Travel distance is 16" and window weight is 12 pounds. Only one coil balance is broken so unsure ... (cont.)

Hi, looking to for a coil balance. The bottom part is 1 15/32" in height, 13/16" thick, 1 1/4" wide. Spring holder is 1 9/16" in height, 7/8" thick, and 1 1/4" wide. The coil is 3/4" wide.

My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.

Hi, I removed this coil balance from one side of my double-hung vinyl window. Both coils have broken. The cover shows CertainTeed. The window size is 32 1/2 x 25 1/2 inches double pane. Do you have the replacement part? Thanks Ron O
