75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

Attached are photos of my existing spiral balance. There is, was appears to be, insulation stuffed up around the spiral balance. I'm assuming that I need to replace this insulation when I replace the spiral balance? Any information on this would be helpful.

The metal casing measures 9/16" thick and 22" long (22 1/4" if orange/red piece included) The spiral rod piece is 23 1/8" long. This house will be listed for sale in the coming days and need the parts ASAP before clients walk the property and open this one window.

I have to replace the spiral balance and pivot locks on my single hung tilt windows. Beside these parts, it appears I am missing something from my window itself. There does not appear to be anything on he window that would attach to the pivot lock. Is that a replaceable part? If so, do you have it a ... (cont.)

Balances are working fine. However, the plastic part that connects the balance to the window guide has failed. How do I go about repairing these? I have 2 windows, only one side is broken on each. Do they both sides need replacing or just the broken side? Is this normal wear and tear? How long do the windows last? Thanks, Lisa S

We have 9 ea ply gem single hung aluminum windows. They all need tilt balance replacement parts (18 in total). All windows are the same size. This is what I have in my windows. It looks like the units on the web site except mine has that spring added to it. The tube on the end is approx 12 inches long. The spring is approx 17 inches long. So the window will not stay up. I assume the balance has no tension on it because they stay extended and they also do not stay connected to the shoe. So as stated in the subject, how can you tell if the shoe, balance, or both are bad? Thank you, Dale

This balance came off a Seal-O-Matic window (Ocean, NJ). The rod is 28" in length with a 5/8" diameter.

I needs parts for my Farley Double Hung tip-in windows. See the attached photos. You will notice the broken peg in the first photo and the broken piece is still in the mechanism. Hi, I need to replace a bunch of these rollers. The manufacturer is Reynolds and I believe the windows are marked with 1-74 or 11-74.
