This balance came off a Seal-O-Matic window (Ocean, NJ). The rod is 28" in length with a 5/8" diameter.

Hi, I need to replace a bunch of these rollers. The manufacturer is Reynolds and I believe the windows are marked with 1-74 or 11-74. Greetings. We ordered several Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance parts for defective windows. We found out that the windows need new "carriers for the springs to anchor into," according to our contractor. Can you please help me find the carriers he needs? Scott

what is the part number for the interlock for a swivel balance it has a black insert compared to the other colors I saw on your website I think it may be 5/8

Hi. The pivot brake shoe is 1/2" thick, 1.25 wide, and ~2" long. It mates up with a red balance. I ordered the 15-046. Is that correct?

The windows are by Style Built out of Chicago, installed over 20 years ago. The pivot bar is different from the metal ones I am finding on the site. I amreplacing the shoes along with the spiral balance bars. Do you carry a 1/2" Pivot shoe that has the rectangular cutout with no ridges ? Thanks ... (cont.)
