windows tough to open
Windows are very tough to open and close. I was able to get tension on the spiral balance but clearly noticed the plastic shoes are not able to hold onto the balance. Can I simply replace the shoes? If so do you have a good video for replacing shows in a single hung tilt vinyl window? Unfortunately ... (cont.)

Window falls down
Hello- In the past, I have purchased your Part # 15-067 which is no longer made. Your 15-118 has been recommended as a replacement but frankly I do not like what I see as to the way it is designed. It also appears to me that a 15-129 or 15-153 or 15-178 would work. My windows are "quite old" (20+ ye ... (cont.)

Pivot shoe
How do you remove a pivot shoe for replacement? Also I'm not sure of its thickness. It's blue so I assume I should replace it with a blue one. Any suggestions?

My house has Care Free windows are 20 years old. Most of them work well and easily slide up and down in the tracks. On a few of them, the spiral balances stick initially when opening the window, but operate fine after that. Is there a lubricant (WD-40, oil, graphite, etc.) that can be applied to ... (cont.)

My best guess as to measurements for this part are: 2 inches tall, 1-1/2 to 1 5/8 wide, and 9/16 inch deep. Which part do you recomme ... (cont.)
