Pivot shoe and spiral balancer
The shoe is approx 2 in by 5/8 In by 1 1/8. The spiral spring is 28 inches long and the diameter of it was around 7/16. These windows are vinyl from 2001. Can't figure out manufacturer. Looking for replacement parts and prices.

Pivot shoe
How do you remove a pivot shoe for replacement? Also I'm not sure of its thickness. It's blue so I assume I should replace it with a blue one. Any suggestions?

My house has Care Free windows are 20 years old. Most of them work well and easily slide up and down in the tracks. Seasonshield Single Hung, Tilt, Vinyl Windows with Spiral Balance

n my shopping cart I have a spiral balance, 23" (qty=2), among others. In the window side channel where it goes, at the top, there's a hole where the spiral balance is screwed onto, except that the screw hole is square. I buy the correct pivot shoe for my windows. I measure the thickness correctly of 17/32" However, the width I am measuring is 1 3/16" and not 1 1/4".

1. pivot bar ID 2 Shoe: The best we can tell is it is 2 3/32" long; 1 1/4" wide; 1/2" thick. The pictures are in either this email or the second one titled Window Info- Wolf 2 3. Which pivot shoe? Blue or brown brake?
One broken balance and other spiral balance came loose from the pivot shoe. Best I can measure with it still installed is 2-1/8 high by 1-1/4 wide by 17/32 thick. Base piece for Window Mart window over 10 years old
