Please see attached photos ..... can please help to verify the parts needed before I order. The window is labeled "Care Free". I'm thinking that the shoe is 15-045, pivot bar is 26-297, and finally the changing tool is 75-006. Am I correct? Thank you!

We received our order for 18 balances, Series 900, 28". After trying to install them this past weekend they didn't work out. They pop out of place when operating the window up and down. When lowering the upper window, I pushed down too hard and the screw portion popped out of both sides of the main tubes. Can I just push the screw portion back into the green tip or should I replace both spiral balances? If replacement is needed, which part number should I order? Dimensions are 5/8 ... (cont.)

This accessory will go with the 40" series 600 spiral tilt window balance. Product Code S600-40 that I will have to also order. The part in the picture is where the bottom tabs of the window go in to and then it slides in the track.

To whom this may concern, I went to a Home Depot and they told me this was a Simonton window part. They could not order this part in and told me about you guys. I need a replacement "balance" for the other side of a window, in order for the window to stay open. Thanks, Greg

I measured my parts and the shoe has the same dimensions as your 15-219. The top of the shoe looks like it has 2 locations for the "T-nose" of the spring ... but they look like they are not centered on the shoe. Is that ok? The spring I have has a single "t-nose". I'm looking to replace the entire balance, pivot bars and pivot shoes on two windows in my home. The window jamb does not have cut outs to easily remove the pivot shoes but I'm concerned the vinyl/plastic components to the jamb will snap if I attempt to use the jamb spreaders. The photos do not indicate the overall dimensions very well. As best I can tell the shoes are 2 inches high by 3/8 inch thick by 1 inch wide. It was hard to really accurately measure the width. my spiral balance tubes are plastic that covers the spring and blue tip. I cut back the plastic tube on one picture. do i measure the plastic tube that goes past the blue tip or from the steel spring below the blue tip. thanks Rich
