Any possibility you can identify this part while still in the track?

Need this part to be identified. Need 2 of these for the window.

ThermalGard windows. Balancer appears to be approximately 22" long and has a turquoise color tip. Price, availability and part number. Also, does the tip of the pivot bar go into the slot or locking piece of the pivot shoe, or just into the opening?

Im wondering how much a aluminum window weighs. I need to buy new spiral balances for one of my windows. It is a tilt window. measures roughly 35.75" X 53.25". Spiral tilt window balancers are shot. At the top of the tube is an inside insert that was held in place by the open metal rivet where the end of the spiral slips into. This was made of plastic. Do your units have a metal collar, or a plastic collar? 28-3/4 length (29" replacement); 3/8" ... (cont.)

Hi: I've got a couple of broken pivot block bar's that I need to replace (I'd also like to know how to put them in). The window is single hung & it's inside detention is 53" x 28 3/8". My windows are 29 years old. In January I was able to order a 12" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balances and pivot shoes. After a lot of struggling ( I'm only 5'1" tall). I was able to fix my bathroom window which was stuck open. Now I am having the same problem in another room. My balances are 17" ... (cont.)

We received our order for 18 balances, Series 900, 28". After trying to install them this past weekend they didn't work out. They pop out of place when operating the window up and down. When lowering the upper window, I pushed down too hard and the screw portion popped out of both sides of the main tubes. Can I just push the screw portion back into the green tip or should I replace both spiral balances? If replacement is needed, which part number should I order? Dimensions are 5/8 ... (cont.)
