75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

Hi, I need to repair 6 windows...both balances. Want to make sure I'm ordering correct balance. I followed the video. The tube is 20 inches long..red tip...5/8 diameter. Do I need the tightening tool or will needle nose do the job too?

Need help finding a comparable lock show for my window. My broken shoe is 2 inches long and 1 1/4 wiide! I don't see any identifying marks or numbers on it My name is Travis

I removed both spiral balances and with both I can easily wind them up by hand, so I guess both are shot? Cannot really see a tip color, but possibly are black. Length is 28" and diameter is 3/8".
