Trying to repair a few broken vinyl Windows and I would like to replace these

I need to get 12 of these balances. They appear to be a cross of the 400 and 900 series. Please advise I need these quickly for a client.

I need a spiral balance tube. Mine is 3/8" diameter and is 28 3/8" long from the top to the spiral right where the nylon tip is attached. The tip is white in color. Do you have this one or will the 28" or 29" work? What tip color?

Hi, I'm not able to identify which spiral balance and pivot shoe replacement type to use as there is no color coding for the existing one. The current spiral balance is 28" long and 3/8" wide. Hi, I need to repair 6 windows...both balances. Want to make sure I'm ordering correct balance. I followed the video. The tube is 20 inches long..red tip...5/8 diameter. Do I need the tightening tool or will needle nose do the job too?
