I am replacing broken pivot shoes. They measure 2"x 1 1/4" and has depth of 1/2". I am replacing broken spiral balances as well. They are green tip, 3/8" wide by 39" in length. That part is easy. The pivot shoe is not. They have blue cam with black brake. I do not know the manufacturer of the window ... (cont.)

I am looking for replacements for this window part. It says 590 on it but not sure on the company. i would prefer one with a brake if possible( this does not have it). It's 21/8" long, 1/2" tall, 1 1/4" wide.

Good afternoon, can you tell what pieces I need to. Balance: (4) 23" and (2) 28" in length, red in color. What are would apropraite pivot shoes.

I could not find markings on the balance nor shoes nor does the spiral balance have a color tip on it. Window is difficult to open, does not stay open. Spiral balance will not stay in shoe as the screw mount on shoes is broken. Don't currently know how to remove shoes for closer look ... (cont.)

The window can't stay open. It just slides down. Are they series 600? or maybe 500?

Here are photos of my pivot lock shoe. The dimensions are 1.625" tall, 1.25" wide and 0.5" thick. Do you have something similar that will work? I don't know what brand of windows. The windows have spiral window balances.

This is a 9/16 diameter. The metal tube itself is 25 inches long. Do you stock these?

Hi, I need help identifying a pivot shoe. This is what I’m needing to match. I think 3/8 thick will work. I ordered part 15-045 before--15-045 works except for where you connect the balance—it’s slightly different

Im trying to get replacements of my spiral balancers. They are aluminum. They're 33" long (not including colored tip). And they're 9/16" in diameter. They have a red tip. Can you help me determine what series they are? Thank you!!

The metal tube part is 25 inches long and slightly over 1/2 inch diameter . the guide in the end of the tube is red plastic. The shoe is about 2 inch from top to bottom and the width of the channel closest to the window where the shoe is , is about 13/16. Can I purchase a relacement for these and I ... (cont.)

I am needing new balances in all my windows, but I'm not sure if I'm buying the right ones. it looks like the brand of my windows is KHIRO or something like that. They are definitely spiral balances. The tube is 19 inches long and the windows are tilt windows.
