I'm replacing all of our homes pivot lock shoes and 600 Series spiral balances. I think these (Installed 25-30 yrs ago) are the equivallent of 15-118 or the 15-121 but want to confirm before I order. Hi am trying to find replacement parts for Simonton casement windows. One size window is numbered 8482928/16. I need top and bottom arms and the opening mechanism

There are no numbers located on any parts. The rod is 28" from metal to metal. There is a color tip on one end, appears to be orange but could be faded red. 'The windows are old aluminum windows installed new in new construction in 1980.

Not sure of the manufacturer. UNI-k-5 on the sticker

I haven't succeeded in getting these things out of the frame - I might have to make a cut in the frame somewhere to slide them out and examine and measure them. I'm looking for the correct replacement part. Our windows are decades old. I want to try to make them all work again, many of them are stuc ... (cont.)

Tilt window - Single Hung Black tip - Sash weights 15.6 lbs, Tube length 32 inches and tube diameter is 5/8 inch. Sliding shoes look ok. Also, What is charging tool I need to release tension on spring? 75006 tool?

From the window closed the spring is 55 inches but open 27 inches I need 6 of these springs please help me.

Hi, I've attached a picture of one of my good shoes (for reference) and a pic of my broken shoe. I cannot find the manufacturer anywhere on the window as windows are probably 40-50 yrs old at this point. Do you happen to have a replacement shoe?

Our window won't open easily and think this is the culprit. The window is 58 and 3/4 and the circumference of that white tube is 5/8ths Thank you! Susan.

Hi, if I need to replace my pivot shoe for a s600 tilt window, will this part work on both sides of the window or is one side considered the pivot shoe and the other in considered the pivot lock?

I have multiple windows at my site. There are many of the same size,but as I make repairs on apartment turns. I'm noticing that the balances are all different lengths. How do I determine which is the correct length?
