75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

Hi, if I need to replace my pivot shoe for a s600 tilt window, will this part work on both sides of the window or is one side considered the pivot shoe and the other in considered the pivot lock?

I'm not sure if I need feet

I have multiple windows at my site. There are many of the same size,but as I make repairs on apartment turns. I'm noticing that the balances are all different lengths. How do I determine which is the correct length?

Our balances are 22" long in a tilt window. The tube is 3/8" and the stop color is green.

I purchased and installed your S600-29 (Black tip) Spiral balance and I'm running into an issue where the window does go all the way up but, it doesn't stay up, it falls back down halfway. lient has two windows, same dimensions. The Spiral Balance Springs are S600 (4 at 16 inch, 4 at 22 inch) red tip, 9/16. As per pictures need your recommended pivot shoe and pivot rod. I belice that the shoe is the 15-046 and the rod might be 26-040. For shoe my measure indicates 9/16, i have doubt ... (cont.)

Need to replace two. Seems like there is a plastic tube around the iner spring. The plastic tube measures 24". Do I also need a tension tool to install?
