75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

I just purchased a home and all the windows won't stay open they just slam down. I tried to twist the balancer clockwise however they still won't hold up. I don't know if they are just that bad.

The t-lock balance show, close cam is busted on all 4 channel balance rods. I would like to replace all 4 block and tackle balance rods. THE bottow window rods ar 16" and the top window rods are 14".

Hello, i have followed instructions on Swisco "How to identify a replacement spiral balance" video, and have determined that the tube minus the tip is 30" long, and the diameter is 5/8" (really 9/16"). I believe the spiral balance is a blue tip and measure 31 1/2. The diameter is 5/8 with plastic cover. Without plastic cover is 3/8. Please advise.

I have determned I need the S900-30 I just dont know what color tip I need Im guessing this is for the weight of the window and thus the force of the tensioner. Im a little confused , so can you just increase/decrease the amount of windings to control tension thanks, ross

Hello, the window does not have any identifying markings anywhere on it. The plastic piece in the photo is broken, I took a picture of the other side to show you one that is not broken. Would you be able to help me identify this piece?
