The tube is 27 inches long with yellow end I'm not sure which parts at the end I need to order. Are you able to tell me.

Parts crumbled in the window, need 8 so windows lock in, open and close properly. I've ordered from you in the past, not the ones I have will work for current project.

I have determned I need the S900-30 I just dont know what color tip I need Im guessing this is for the weight of the window and thus the force of the tensioner. Im a little confused , so can you just increase/decrease the amount of windings to control tension thanks, ross

Hello, the window does not have any identifying markings anywhere on it. The plastic piece in the photo is broken, I took a picture of the other side to show you one that is not broken. Would you be able to help me identify this piece?
