Hi, I have a large number of pivot shoe locks that all have broken cams. I was wondering if I can purchase the cams individually, without replacing the entire pivot shoe. The pivot shoe is the 15-178 model.

WINDOW HAS A BROKEN PIVOT SHOE. THERE ARE NO CUT OUTS FOR SHOE REMOVAL. WINDOW IS 20-25 YEARS OLD. IT APPEARS PART 15-178 OR 15-188 MAY BE A FIT. Hello, attached are pictures of the pivot shoes in Lockheed Monarch double hung tilt out window #5701 which have failed. In addition one of the top windows falls out the frame. A balance issue? Also ,I live in Cheshire CT is there anyone in my area who could do the repairs?Thanks need some advice ... (cont.)

I believe my tilt in window balance needs a new shoe clip. We purchased from Windowmart. I don't know the manufacturer. Attached is one picture of an attached shoe and the other where the balance is no longer attached to the shoe. Do you sell this type of part?

I don't have the brand or name of the windows. Just a logo of uniframe. It does look like if I pop the top or bottom cover it has a cutout to remove the pivot shoe. Looking for replacements and required tool.

I need help identifying the parts I would need to fix some double hung windows.In the pictures, the pivet bar is about 2 3/4" long, 1/4" wide and 3/16" thick. I'm Looking for tilt latch buttons for Uniframe windows. These are not surface mount and the "prong" on them that attached to the internal mechanism has broken off. Pivot shoes and spiral balances jam quite often. WD-40 helped in the short term but now there seems to gummy residue building up.Do you have shoes and balances for these Crystal windows?Thank you,Thomas

Can you identify this pivot shoe and do you have a replacement? The house is over twenty years old and there are several of these that have broken. Previous owners did not attempt to repair/replace them.

Hi, I think I have found the correct parts for my tilt-in sashes, but would appreciate confirmation. Regarding the spiral balance, mine in 23.5" long and measures around 3/8".
