Hi, I have tilt windows and the metal part is broken (not sure what it is called). Can you identify this part for me?

I need a pivot lock shoe for 23 year old vinyl window thats 37 W by 50 H, installed by former company called Tristate windows of Branford, Ct.

I need help identifying the parts I would need to fix some double hung windows.In the pictures, the pivet bar is about 2 3/4" long, 1/4" wide and 3/16" thick. Image 2460 is the working side. The other 2 pics are the broken side. What additional details are needed to identify the correct replacement part? Window is vinyl with both panes can tilt.

I'm Looking for tilt latch buttons for Uniframe windows. These are not surface mount and the "prong" on them that attached to the internal mechanism has broken off. Pivot shoes and spiral balances jam quite often. WD-40 helped in the short term but now there seems to gummy residue building up.Do you have shoes and balances for these Crystal windows?Thank you,Thomas

Can you identify this pivot shoe and do you have a replacement? The house is over twenty years old and there are several of these that have broken. Previous owners did not attempt to repair/replace them.

Hi, I think I have found the correct parts for my tilt-in sashes, but would appreciate confirmation. Regarding the spiral balance, mine in 23.5" long and measures around 3/8".
