15-178 Pivot Lock Shoe, Brown Brake Pad

This is the pivot foot on each side of each window. It is 2" tall x .75" wide. Not sure if these are even made anymore. These are for tilt windows. I can get better measurements by removing the shoe if needed. These windows are circa 2000 and the brand name is unknown.

I have a broken window shoe. Can you send me 2 replacement shoes? I've attached photos of the shoes and windows to help ensure that I get the correct part.

I have a window with both pivot points that are broken/shattered into multiple pieces. This is a picture from a sister window. The piece appears to be made out of metal that connects to the spiral ballast and holds/houses a pot metal pivot point. The pot metal is what broke.

This shoe measures 2 x1/14 x 1/2. It has a heavy cord attached to it . I will attach a photo. Thank you .John

The top of this part is where the end of the spiral balance is hooker and the bottom of this part is where the window attaches.

Trying to fix my windows..I need to find the right part. These windows installed in 2007. The shoe is 3/4 in high and 7/8 in wide.

This pivot shoe is out of some older Alside windows. The pivot cam is broken on a few of our windows. Measurements agree with your p/n 15-178 except for the thickness. Yours is 17/32" thick while mine measures 0.542 which is slightly thinner in thickness. Will the 15-178 pivot show work? You have a ... (cont.)

Hi, Could you help me with a part # for these? Measurements 1.25" x .536" x 2.12". Barrel has to accommodate slotted/circular frame pin ( see Pic). Thanks.

What I am looking for is 17 x 5/8 & 14 x 5/8 my tip looks orange but could by red. Also need the shoe/cam for both sashes, see above picture. Measures 9/16 or 5/8 thick 1 1/4 wide and 2 9/16 long.
